What is a Day Program?

Adult Day Programs support individuals living at home who may be experiencing memory changes, dementia, physical disabilities, or health conditions. Adult Day Programs offer personalized care through 1:1, group, and small group activities, addressing specific needs, interests, and strengths with individualized care plans and goals.

How Do I Get into a Day Program?

Central Registry supports and manages the list of individuals waiting for in-person services. They are the go-to contact for questions and concerns regarding in-person services or to connect. You can request service by visiting Central Registry's website and clicking "request service"

Caregiver Recreation Respite Events

Our caregiver events provide a supportive and engaging space for those who dedicate their time to caring for loved ones. Through interactive virtual programs, hands-on activities, educational sessions, and meaningful discussions, we offer opportunities for connection, relaxation, and shared experiences. Whether it's a themed game night, a creative workshop, or a wellness-focused session, our events are designed to uplift, educate, and support caregivers in a welcoming community.
